TEA Reimbursement

The Texas Education Agency has historically funded teacher training reimbursements of up to $450 per teacher who completes a TEA-approved training. The amount of the teacher training reimbursement has been dependent upon the total number of eligible applicants and the amount of funding available after the payment of exam fee subsidies. More information is available on the TEA AP/IB Incentive Program webpage.

Please visit the TEA website for updates related to the AP/IB Incentive program. District personnel with AP/IB program responsibilities may wish to join the AP/IB Incentive listserv.
To join the listserv, visit http://miller.tea.state.tx.us/list/ and select “AP-IB-Incentives” from the drop-down menu.

For more information about the Texas AP/IB Incentive Program, please contact TEA directly.

College Board Fellows

The College Board AP Fellows program is an annual competitive grant program that provides scholarships for secondary school teachers planning to teach AP courses in schools that serve minority and/or low-income students who have been traditionally underrepresented in AP courses.
